研究了”钠化钒渣室温浸出—除硅—电渗析—除磷—酸性铵盐沉钒”新工艺。特点为:钒渣室温下浸出,低价钒和一般杂质元素浸出率低;用氧化镁作除硅和除磷剂,净化效果好,钠盐损失小;采用电渗析技术,钠盐回收率和低价钒氧化率高;酸性铵盐沉钒,钒的沉淀率高。主要技术指标为:成品五氧化二钒品位99.37%,沉钒率99.64%,液计钒的回收率94.37%,钠盐回收率>80%。取得了较好的技术经济指标。
The new technology of “sodium vanadium slag room temperature leaching - silicon removal - electrodialysis - phosphorus removal - acid ammonium salt Shen vanadium” was studied.
