在长期的班主任工作中我认识到,绝大多数差生,并不是智力差,而是非智力因素差。因此,我从培养非智力因素入手,做后进生的转化工作,获得了较好的效果。 一、明确学习动机 动机是学习的的源泉。一般来说差生缺乏明确的学习动机。为了使班上的差生形成正确的学习动机,我从确立远大理想和生活目标入手,引导学生回顾鸦片战争以来的百年史,认识落后要挨打,强盛才能自立的道理。
