DL-2型电离规管采用热阴极,适于高压强下使用作真空测量。但是热阴极容易沾污而中毒。经激活处理,可延长规管使用寿命。一、激活阴极的步骤真空炉抽至10~(-4)托~10~(-5)托高真空,将瓶氢气经充气导管和炉体放气阀引入真空室。其充气导管为内壁经过清洗、烘干的不锈钢管,也可用乳胶管代替。充气时注意,先引入少量氢气,使充气导管里的残存空气经真空机组排出,然后再次通入少量氢气。当真空度降到1托左右,就停止供氢,关闭供氢阀门和炉体放气阀,真空机组照常抽真空,这时热偶管测
