一九八三年十月十九日至二十日,唐山市科委召开了节能互不干扰液压系统科研项目鉴定会,22个单位的30名代表参加了会议。该项目是唐山汽车制造总厂在河北工学院和河北矿冶学院的帮助下完成的。在多滑台集中供油液压系统中设置蓄能器可大幅度节能,但各滑台间的干扰问题有待很好地解决。本研究在每个三号滑台回路中设一个2.5升蓄能器,在高压管路也装一个2.5升蓄能器,较好地解决了干扰问题,实现由一台1.1千瓦电机驱动YB-6/6双联片片泵向五个三号滑台供油,能互不干扰地进行精加工。

In this study, a 2.5 liters accumulator is installed in each No.3 slipway circuit and a 2.5L accumulator is also installed in the high-pressure pipeline, which can well solve the interference problem and achieve a 1.1-kW motor driven YB- The 6/6 double-acting piece pump supplies oil to five No. 3 sliders for finishing without disturbing each other.
