在新课改的背景下,要想让教学走出传统教学的困惑,开创素质教育的新局面,最根本的途径就是充分利用好老师集体的智慧去培养学生各方面的能力。在新课程课堂教学改革中,只有与时俱进,积极进取,勇于创新,才能更好地培养下一代,使其全面、健康地发展。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the fundamental way to get teaching out of the confusion of traditional teaching and create a new situation of quality education is to make full use of the collective wisdom of teachers to develop students’ ability in all aspects. In the reform of classroom teaching in the new curriculum, only by advancing with the times, being proactive and innovating can we be able to better train the next generation so that we can develop in a comprehensive and healthy manner.
