采用尿酸钠结晶 (MSU)诱导大鼠足肿胀的急性痛风性关节炎模型、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、小鼠琼脂肉芽肿模型等观察了痛风宁Ⅰ号的抗炎作用 ;用小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法观察该药的镇痛作用。结果痛风宁Ⅰ号有明显抗炎、镇痛作用。
An acute gouty arthritis model in which sodium uric acid crystals (MSU) induce paw swelling in rats, an elevated capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid, an ear swelling model in mice induced by xylene, and mouse agar granuloma The model was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Tongfengning I. The analgesic effect of this drug was observed by mouse hot plate method and mouse acetic acid writhing method. Results Tongfengning I has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
