初中数学教师都知道新的数学课程理念:“人人学有价值的数学;人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”如何使我们的教师在新课程背景下提高初中数学课堂教学的有效性,是摆在我们广大初中数学教师面前的一个重要课题,特别是在全面推进新课程改革和全面提高学生素质的今天,讨论初中数学课堂教学的有效性就显得十分迫切与必要,它不仅可以降低师生不必要精力物力的付出,还可以最大限度地提初课堂教学的效果。
