简要介绍了激光表面处理技术中的激光熔覆技术,论述了熔覆层在切削过程中的作用,分析了激光熔覆对球头立铣刀切削性能的影响。
The technique of laser cladding in laser surface treatment is briefly introduced. The effect of cladding layer on the cutting process is discussed. The influence of laser cladding on the cutting performance of ball nose end mill is analyzed.
