本文介绍一种改进的微量快速测定血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的方法。取80微升血清置小试管中,加入20微升磷钨酸钠—镁混合试剂混匀,用毛细管吸取后封口,于室温1,500×g离心半小时以沉淀血清中的低密度和极低密度脂蛋白。然后用磷苯二甲醛方法测定上层清液中的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。方法简便、快速,重复性良好。经用本法测定285例健康成人,结果与文献报道的全量法比较,极为相近,相关系数γ=0.84。而且用血量少,无需特殊仪器设备,又可用于高甘油三酯血症的标本。不仅适于临床常规,尤适用于大规模的流行病学调查。
This article describes an improved method for the rapid determination of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in trace amounts. Add 80 microliters of serum to a small test tube, add 20 microliters of sodium phosphotungstic acid-magnesium mixed reagent and pipette. Seal with capillary and centrifuge for half an hour at 1,500 × g at room temperature to precipitate low and very low density lipoprotein. The high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the supernatant was then determined using the Phthalaldehyde method. Method is simple, fast, reproducible. 285 cases of healthy adults by this method, the results reported in the literature compared with the full amount method, very similar, the correlation coefficient γ = 0.84. And less blood, without special equipment, but also for hypertriglyceridemia specimens. Not only suitable for clinical practice, especially for large-scale epidemiological investigations.
