本文采用微量滴定法比较了11种内酰胺类和氨基糖苷类抗生素对134株需氧菌的体外抗菌活性。试验菌均由临床新近分离而得。实验结果表明头孢菌素Ⅰ、羟苄四唑头孢菌素和氨基糖苷类抗生素(艮他霉素、丁胺卡那霉素和双脱氧卡那霉素)对金葡菌的活性最强,MIC_(50)<0.5μg/ml。噻吩甲氧头孢菌素和第三代头孢菌素(羟羧氧头孢菌素Ly_(127935),氨噻肟头孢菌素HR_(756)和氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素T_(1551))对金葡菌的MIC_(50)为2~16μg/ml;对耐新青霉素Ⅰ的金葡菌活性更差,
In this paper, the microtiter method was used to compare the antibacterial activity of 11 lactam and aminoglycoside antibiotics against 134 aerobic bacteria in vitro.
