目的:分析研究新生儿溶血三项的检测结果。方法:将我院收录的300例新生高胆红素症患儿设为研究对象,对其实施ABO、RhD血型鉴定和新生儿溶血三项检验,将结果进行分析。结果:在所有患儿中,通过ABO血型导致的HDN有46例,占15.33%;而Rh-HDN例数为6例,占2%;可见ABO-HDN比较多见,Rh-HDN比较罕见。在患儿的血型分布中,ABO-HDN中常见A型血和B型血,Rh-HDN中常见的是O型血。结论:因Rh不匹配导致的新生儿溶血病(HDN)低于由ABO血型不匹配导致的HDN,ABO-HDN常出现在A和B型血患儿中,而Rh-HDN常出现在O型血患儿中。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and test the results of three tests of hemolysis in neonates. Methods: 300 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinae children admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. The ABO, RhD blood group identification and hemolytic neonate were tested and the results were analyzed. Results: In all children, 46 cases of HDN caused by ABO blood group, accounting for 15.33%; while the number of Rh-HDN was 6 cases, accounting for 2%; visible ABO-HDN more common, Rh-HDN rare. In children with blood type distribution, ABO-HDN common type A and type B blood, Rh-HDN is common in O-type blood. CONCLUSIONS: The hemolytic disease (HDN) in newborn due to Rh mismatch is lower than HDN caused by ABO blood group mismatch, and ABO-HDN is commonly found in children with type A and B blood, whereas Rh-HDN is often found in type O Children with blood.
