Tuberculosis Hemoptysis is one of the most common emergency department of pulmonary medicine, a serious threat to patient’s life. Since 1997, we have used selective bronchial artery embolization (BAE) to successfully rescue 13 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis massive hemoptysis who failed to stop bleeding by medical treatment. 1 Clinical data 1 1 General 1 3 cases were men; aged 25 to 54 years old, with an average of 32 7 years old.
