杭州市促进大学生自主创业的优势在于创业环境得天独厚、政府积极扶持鼓励、学校推进创业教育。存在的问题是大学生自主创业资金不足、经验不足、缺乏社会关系,信息不对称抑制大学生创业激情,大学生创业的政策环境仍有待完善。因此,必须深化创业理念宣传,进一步提高大学生自身的创业能力,为大学生打造一个低成本的创业空间,完善、整合现有的相关政策。
