腮腺手术围术期抗生素的使用仍存在争议。该文对1992-2009年在大学附属三级医疗机构行腮腺切除术的患者进行回顾分析。结果:接受腮腺切除术的593例患者中,符合纳入标准者464例。206(45%)例患者在围术期接受抗生素治疗。2组患者的创口感染率无显著差异(P=0.168)。多因素方差分析显示:女性,联合颈清术和引流量>50m L/24h是术后感染 Perioperative parotid use of antibiotics is still controversial. The paper reviewed retrospectively the patients undergoing parotidectomy from 1992 to 2009 at the affiliated tertiary medical institutions. Results: Of the 593 patients undergoing parotidectomy, 464 met the inclusion criteria. 206 (45%) patients underwent antibiotic treatment during the perioperative period.
