目的研究博落回总生物碱硫酸氢盐对钉螺生殖腺的损伤机理。方法用3.12 mg/L的博落回总生物碱硫酸氢盐水溶液浸杀钉螺24 h,然后用日立JEOL-1230型透射电镜观察处理后的钉螺生殖腺超微结构。结果博落回总生物碱硫酸氢盐水溶液浸杀24 h后,雌钉螺卵巢中的卵细胞萎缩,内容物稀疏,部分卵细胞水肿、坏死,出现空泡化结构,雄螺精细胞固缩、坏死,胞浆溶解,裸核和胞浆水肿。结论低浓度(3.12 mg/L)的博落回总生物碱硫酸氢盐可对钉螺生殖腺造成严重损害,具有抑制钉螺繁殖和杀灭钉螺的作用。
Objective To study the injury mechanism of the total alkaloid hydrogensulfate on the snail gonad. Methods The snails were immersed in 3.12 mg / L aqueous solution of total alkaloid hydrogensulfate for 24 h. Then the ultrastructure of the treated snails was observed with Hitachi JEOL-1230 transmission electron microscope. Results After digestion of total alkaloid hydrogensulfate aqueous solution for 24 h, the egg cells in the ovary of Schistosoma japonicum shrunk, the content was sparse, some of the egg cells were edematous and necrotic, the vacuolated structure appeared, the gynecologic cells were pyknotic and necrotic, Cytoplasmic lysis, naked nuclei and cytoplasmic edema. Conclusion Low concentration (3.12 mg / L) of total alkaloid hydrogen sulfate can cause serious damage to snail gonad, inhibit the reproduction of snail and kill snail.
