以人为本,是现代管理科学的一个重要原则。所谓以人为本,就是尊重人、关心人、信任人,了解满足人的正当愿望,彻底释放每位教师的能量,从而创造性地搞好教育教学工作,提高教研常规管理的效益。近年来,本校重视以人为本抓好教研常规管理,把教研工作放在学校工作的重视位置上,有力地调动了全体教师学习、工作的主动性和积极性,提高了教研常规管理的效益。根据近年来的实践的探索,我认为关键在于以下几方面:
People-oriented, is an important principle of modern management science. The so-called people-oriented, that is, respect for people, care about people, trust people, to meet people’s legitimate desire to fully release the energy of each teacher, thus creatively do a good job education and teaching, improve the effectiveness of teaching and research conventional management.
