So far, aspirin has been used for hundreds of years and has become one of the three classic drugs in the history of medicine. Up to now, aspirin is still the most widely used antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug in the world and as a standard formulation for comparing and evaluating other drugs. Clinically, 5% to 60% of patients taking aspirin routinely, but can not effectively inhibit platelet activity, a phenomenon known as aspirin resistance. Aspirin belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the exact cause of this phenomenon is not yet clear, and may be related to drug interactions, inadequate dosage and so on. Related issues are now analyzed.
