目的了解宁夏人群棘球蚴抗体水平,为下一步有重点的开展防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,于2012年在宁夏所辖的22个县(市、区)均分别随机抽取16个调查点,对抽中点3周岁以上且居住满半年以上人群开展调查,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定其血清包虫IgG抗体。结果调查71 952人,阳性血清2 736人份,阳性率3.80%;阳性率≥5%的有中宁县等4个县(区);阳性率∈[1.0%,5%)的有西吉县等13个县(市、区);阳性率∈[0,1%)的有兴庆区等5个县(市、区);30~69岁年龄组女性人群阳性率高于男性人群(P均<0.05),人群阳性率随年龄的增长而升高(χ2趋势=9.92,P<0.05);感染主要以农民、文盲、回族和信仰佛教人群为主(P<0.05)。结论宁夏人群棘球蚴感染普遍存在,且高发于中宁县等个别地区的重点人群,提示防控工作不容松懈。
Objective To understand the level of echinococcosis antibody in Ningxia population and provide a reference for further prevention and control work. Methods In a cluster random sampling method, 16 survey points were randomly selected from 22 counties (cities and districts) under Ningxia jurisdiction in 2012, and the survey was conducted on people who were over 3 years old who lived in the mid-point and lived for more than half a year. Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the serum level of hydatid protein. Results A total of 71,952 people were tested, including 2 736 positive sera. The positive rate was 3.80%. The positive rate was ≥ 5% in 4 counties (Zhongning County) and the positive rate ∈ [1.0%, 5% And other counties (cities and districts); 5 counties (cities and districts) including Xingqing District with positive rate ∈ [0,1%); the positive rate of female population in 30 ~ 69 age group was higher than that of male population (All P <0.05). The positive rate of the population increased with age (χ2 trend = 9.92, P <0.05). The main infection were peasants, illiterates, Hui and Buddhists (P <0.05). Conclusions The echinococcosis infection in Ningxia population is widespread and occurs in key population of Zhongning County and other individual areas, suggesting that prevention and control work should not be relaxed.
