德国学生放假可以追溯至大约200年前,且多与宗教节日有关。春天有复活节,冬天有圣诞节。由于当时很多人从事农业,学校会放假让学生在家帮忙做农活,夏天收麦子、集干草,秋天挖土豆、剪葡萄。这也是为什么德国人常把“秋假”称为“土豆假”。对学生来说,假期当然是多多益善。他们可以整天无所事事,睡懒觉,玩游戏,尽情放松,不用去想那些让人心烦意乱的习题。早就听说德国假期没有作业,果真如此吗?一般来说,教师都不会布置假期作业,因为休息的时间就是用来休
German student holidays date back to about 200 years ago and are mostly related to religious festivals. Spring is Easter, Christmas is winter. Since many people were engaged in agriculture at that time, the school would have a holiday so that the students could help them to do farm work at home, receive wheat in summer, set hay, dig potatoes in autumn and cut grapes.
