目的了解2012年洛阳市市区建筑工地食堂的卫生现况,为制定管理对策提供科学依据。方法根据分层抽样原则在洛阳市区抽取了37家建筑工地食堂,并于2012年8月份对所抽取的建筑工地食堂进行了周边环境调查、食堂硬件调查和卫生安全管理调查。结果所抽查的37家建筑工地食堂仅有17家建筑工地食堂各项检查内容均合格,合格率为45.00%。结论建筑工地从业人员饮食安全意识薄弱和流动性大是导致建筑工地食堂合格率低的主要原因,是监督管理部门工作的重点。
Objective To understand the health status of canteens in urban construction sites in 2012 in Luoyang and provide a scientific basis for formulating management measures. Methods According to the principle of stratified sampling, 37 canteens for construction sites were collected in the downtown area of Luoyang. In August 2012, surveys were conducted on the surrounding environment, cafeteria hardware and health and safety management of the canteens taken from construction sites. Results of the selected 37 construction site canteens only 17 construction site canteens are eligible for the inspection, with a pass rate of 45.00%. Conclusion The weak awareness of diet safety and the high liquidity of construction workers in construction sites are the main reasons leading to the low qualified rate of canteens in construction sites and the focus of supervision and management work.
