《江西省审计条例》(以下简称《条例》)于2012年9月27日经江西省第十一届人大常委会第三十三次会议通过,自2013年1月1日起在全省施行。这是我省出台的第一部审计地方性法规。《条例》共六章55条,分为总则、审计对象与审计内容、审计计划与审计实施、审计结果与审计整改、法律责任和附则。《条例》结合江西审计工作实际,围绕审计法及其实施条例的原则规定作了细化、扩展和延伸,
The “Audit Regulations of Jiangxi Province” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) was passed at the 33rd meeting of the Eleventh National People’s Congress of Jiangxi Province on September 27, 2012 and implemented throughout the province from January 1, 2013 .
