本实验就大豆光合速率的生育期变化、日变化、不同叶层的变化和呼吸夜变化进行了探讨。初步发现,大豆光合速率在整个生育期中发生规律性变化,呈双峰曲线,在盛花期和鼓粒期先后出现两个高峰。一日中大豆光合速率在上午11时左右和下午4时30分左右出现两个高峰,而且前峰比后峰高。大豆呼吸的夜变化呈单峰曲线,其高峰出现在午夜12时左右。大豆不同叶层光合速率存在着明显的差异,其变化规律是上层、中层、下层依次递减。
In this experiment, the photosynthetic rate of soybean growth and development changes, diurnal changes, leaf layer changes and respiratory changes were discussed. The results showed that there was a regular change in photosynthetic rate of soybean during the whole growth period, showing a bimodal curve with two peaks appearing at full flowering stage and drum stage. One day soybean photosynthesis rate at about 11 am and about 4:30 pm there are two peaks, and the peak before the peak after the peak. Night changes in respiration of soybean showed a single peak curve, the peak appeared at about 12 midnight. There were obvious differences in photosynthetic rate of different leaf layers in soybean. The variation law was that the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer decreased in turn.
