大事之一:上海自贸区关注理由:它被寄予厚望,被视为自深圳之后的改革第二季的诱因。9月29日,上海自贸区正式挂牌,这个承载着万千改革愿望的自由贸易园区正式揭开面纱。早在2011年,上海就向国家有关管理部门提交了在上海综合保税区设立自由贸易园区的申请。2013年7月3日,国务院通过了上海自贸区总体方案。试验区范围涵盖上海市外高桥保税区、外高桥保税物流园区、洋山保税港区和上海浦东机场综合保税区等4个海关特殊监管区域,总面积为28.78平方公里。
One of the events: Shanghai FTA Concerns: It has been placed on high expectations and is seen as a trigger for the second quarter of reform since Shenzhen. On September 29, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was formally listed. This free trade park carrying thousands of reform wishes was officially unveiled. As early as 2011, Shanghai submitted to the relevant state authorities for the establishment of a free trade park in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. July 3, 2013, the State Council adopted the overall program of Shanghai’s free trade zone. The test area covers four special customs supervision areas including Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park, Yangshan Bonded Port Area and Shanghai Pudong Airport Bonded Area with a total area of 28.78 square kilometers.
