目的:探讨血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与原发性高血压动脉僵硬度的相关性。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测107例原发性高血压患者和105例健康体检者的血清TGF-β1水平,采用动脉硬化检测仪自动测定肱-踝脉搏波传播速度(baPWV)。结果:高血压组baPWV和TGF-β1水平与对照组比较显著升高,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅰ级高血压baPWV值明显低于Ⅱ级,Ⅱ级高血压BaPWV值明显低于Ⅲ级,三组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ级高血压血清TGF-β1水平低于Ⅱ级,但差异无统计学意义;Ⅱ级高血压血清TGF-β1水平明显低于Ⅲ级,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);高血压患者BbaPWV与血清TGF-β1水平呈显著正相关(r=0.523,P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者血清TGF-β1水平增加,并且与动脉僵硬度增加密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and arterial stiffness in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Serum TGF-β1 levels in 107 patients with essential hypertension and 105 healthy controls were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) was measured automatically by arteriosclerosis detector. Results: The levels of baPWV and TGF-β1 in hypertensive group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The level of baPWV in grade Ⅰ hypertension was significantly lower than that in grade Ⅱ, and the level of BaPWV in grade Ⅱ hypertension was significantly lower than grade Ⅲ (P <0.05). The level of serum TGF-β1 in grade Ⅰ hypertension was lower than that in grade Ⅱ Level, but the difference was not statistically significant. The level of serum TGF-β1 in grade Ⅱ hypertension was significantly lower than grade Ⅲ, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between BbaPWV and serum TGF-β1 in hypertensive patients (r = 0.523, P <0.05). Conclusion: The serum level of TGF-β1 is increased in patients with essential hypertension and is closely related to the increase of arterial stiffness.
