“龙型”经济是一种农工贸一体化、产加销一条龙的经济运行模式。它以种植(养殖)业为基础,以工业加工为主要增值手段,通过内外贸易获取利润,三者的紧密衔接和优势互补,使生产要素和市场供需实现最佳组合。对贫困地区来说,龙型经济最能充分有效地发挥地方资源优势,适应市场经济发展的需要,是摆脱贫困、强县富民的主要途径,已成为经济发展不可缺少的重要组成部分。
“Dragon-type” economy is a kind of agricultural industry and trade integration, production and marketing one-stop economic mode of operation. It is based on planting (breeding) industry, industrial processing as the main value-added means to obtain profits through internal and external trade, the three closely linked and complementary advantages, the production factors and market supply and demand to achieve the best combination. For impoverished areas, the Dragon-type economy can most effectively and effectively exploit the advantages of local resources to meet the needs of the development of the market economy. It is the main route out of poverty and strengthening the people’s well-being in counties. It has become an indispensable part of economic development.
