提高生产率和合理化是现在走下坡路的机械工业各个领域的唯一出路。作为解救的一个办法,是对钢的表面硬化法进行了各种各样的研究。特别是为了延长落料模、深冲模和切削工具等的使用寿命,迫切希望探讨新的硬化处理法。十六年前笔者就致力于这方面的研究,所取得的一些成果已陆续在本刊上介绍。现在,在许多企业的协助下,使完全无公害的渗透扩散表面处理法“Ⅰ.NIX-1”和“Ⅰ.NIX-2”得以完成。
Increasing productivity and rationalization are the only ways out in every area of the machinery industry that is now going downhill. As a solution to this problem, a variety of studies have been conducted on the surface hardening method of steel. Especially in order to extend blanking dies, dies and cutting tools, such as life, it is urgent to explore the new hardening method. Sixteen years ago, I was committed to the research in this field and some achievements have been introduced in this magazine. Now, with the help of many enterprises, the completely pollution-free permeation and diffusion surface treatment “I.NIX-1” and “I” NIX-2 "have been completed.
