认识和把握党的建设现代布局要从分析界定“布局”入手,进而剖析“党的建设布局”的内涵、特征及价值意义。在此基础上,必须明确:党的建设布局分为传统布局和现代布局两类,传统布局是现代布局的前身和基础,党的建设现代布局是在传统布局的基础上溶入了党的执政能力建设、党的先进性建设、党的反腐倡廉建设之后在党的十七大上最后形成的,它包括党的建设的目标、主线、原则和框架四个方面。
Understanding and Grasping the Construction of the Party The modern layout of the party should start with the analysis and definition of “layout”, and then analyze the connotation, characteristics and significance of the “party building layout”. On this basis, we must make it clear that the Party’s construction and layout are divided into two categories: the traditional layout and the modern layout. The traditional layout is the predecessor and foundation of the modern layout. The modern layout of the Party’s construction has dissolved into the party’s governance based on the traditional layout Capacity building, construction of the advanced nature of the party, and formation of the party’s 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China after the construction of anti-corruption and upholding integrity, which includes the objectives, main lines, principles and framework of the party’s construction.
