1984年初,大众汽车公司新建成一个研究中心,为采用最先进的试验台技术重点研究发动机传动创造了条件。该研究中心的23个试验台中,有21个是功率在220千瓦、扭矩380牛顿米范围内的整机试验台。还有两个单缸试验台,主要检测零部件。 整机试验台大多采用高动力性能的三相异步电力测功器。本文介绍的试验台均与过程数据合成系统相连接。废气分析可随时在每个试验台上进行。试验室还装备了一台集装架式快速更换装卸机。
In early 1984, Volkswagen formed a new research center to create the conditions for focusing on engine transmissions using state-of-the-art test rig technology. Twenty-one of the 23 test stands at the research center are complete test stands with a power rating of 220 kW and a torque of 380 Newton meters. There are two single-cylinder test stand, the main test components. Most of the whole test rig using high-power performance of three-phase asynchronous power dynamometer. This article describes the test bed are connected with the process data synthesis system. Exhaust gas analysis can be carried out on each test stand at any time. The laboratory is also equipped with a pallet changer quick changer.
