我们从1983～1994年运用用推顶法治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折380例，肘关节功能优评定率占99．8％，肘内翻发生占5％。临床资料380例其中男266例，女114例；均为新鲜骨折；右肘230例，左肘150例；伸直型268例，屈曲型112例，尺偏型238例，桡偏型142例；两断错位分离326例，错位1／436
From 1983 to 1994, we used 380 cases of pedicle supracondylar humerus fractures in the treatment of pediatric supracondylar humerus fractures. The elbow joint function was rated as 99.8% and the elbow varus was 5%.
