随着生物—心理—社会三维立体医学模式的确立及健康概念的转变,儿童心理疾病及社会适应不良已成为医学、教育学以及全社会普遍关注的问题。为适应这种转变,增加儿保及儿科医生的儿童心理疾病知识。本期刊登了有关儿童心理疾病的论著。同时,根据美国精神病学会的精神障碍《诊断统计手册第三版修订本》(DSM—Ⅲ—R),在临床儿科园地栏目介绍一些心理疾病的诊断标准,以供广大读者阅读时参考。
With the establishment of bio-psycho-social three-dimensional medical model and the change of health concept, children’s psychological diseases and social adjustment have become the general concerns of medicine, pedagogy and society. In order to adapt to this change, increase the knowledge of children’s psychological diseases of child-care insurance and pediatricians. This issue contains a treatise on children’s mental illness. At the same time, according to the American Psychiatric Association mental disorders “Diagnostic Statistics Manual Third Edition” (DSM-Ⅲ-R), clinical pediatric field columns introduce some of the diagnostic criteria for mental illness, for readers to read for reference.
