用系列强度13档刺激闪光记录30例兔眼的视网膜电图和振荡电位,研究OPs各子波的光强特性和参数特异性。结果表明,OPs各子波振幅或峰时与刺激光强的函数关系为指数曲线相关。其中,OP_2峰时的相关性最高。不同对象问OPs各子波振幅的变异系数较大,而峰时的变异系数较小。OPs各子波的峰时改变比振幅改变更为稳定,更具特异性。
The retinal electrograms and oscillatory potentials of 30 rabbit eyes were recorded with a series of 13 intensity flash stroboscopes to study the light intensity and parameter specificity of each of the OPs. The results show that the relationship between the amplitudes or peak times of OPs and the intensity of the stimuli is exponential curve. Among them, the correlation between OP_2 peak was the highest. The coefficients of variation of the amplitude of each wave of OPs asked by different objects are larger, while the coefficient of variation of the peak is smaller. The peak change of OPs is more stable and specific than the change of amplitude.
