我科自1991～1995年以来，共收治耳廓撕裂伤14例，经手术修复取得了一定效果。现报道如下。1临床资料本组14例中，男9例，女5例；年龄6～48岁。8例为车祸、酒后摔伤所致，3例为炸伤、1例咬伤、2例枪伤所致。伤后至就诊时间为1～16h。耳廓全撕脱6例；皮肤并软骨广泛撕裂不整者8?
Since 1991 ~ 1995, our department has treated 14 cases of auricular laceration and achieved some results after operation repair. Report as follows now. 1 Clinical data The group of 14 patients, 9 males and 5 females; aged 6 to 48 years. 8 cases were caused by car accident and drink-break, 3 cases were injured, 1 case was bitten, 2 cases were gunshot wound.
