目的比较含左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器(LNG-IUS)与含铜宫内节育器(Cu-IUD)的避孕效果。方法选取2013—2014年于安康市岚皋县计划生育服务站妇科门诊自愿要求放置宫内节育器的育龄妇女546例,随机分为A组与B组,各273例。A组置入LNG-IUS,B组置入Cu-IUD。观察两组避孕效果及并发症发生情况。结果两组避孕失败发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组经量增多、疼痛发生率低于B组,经量减少发生率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组移位或脱落发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LNG-IUS与Cu-IUD的避孕效果相当,但LNG-IUS的避孕成功率高,并发症发生率低。
Objective To compare the contraceptive effects of levonorgestrel-containing intrauterine device (I-GUS) and copper-containing IUD (Cu-IUD). Methods A total of 546 cases of women of childbearing age were enrolled in Gynecology Clinic of Family Planning Service Station of Langao County, Ankang City from 2013 to 2014. They were randomly divided into A group and B group, with 273 cases each. Group A was placed in LNG-IUS, Group B was placed in Cu-IUD. Observe contraceptive effect and complications of two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of contraceptive failure between the two groups (P> 0.05). The volume of group A was increased, the incidence of pain was lower than that of group B, and the incidence of menstrual flow reduction was higher than that of group B P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of displacement or shedding between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion LNG-IUS and Cu-IUD have similar contraceptive efficacy, but LNG-IUS has a high contraceptive success rate and low complication rate.
