海洋开发是当前新技术革命的一个重要方面,为了帮助有关同志及时了解海洋开发的基本内容和发展动向,中国船舶科学研究中心组织编写了一套《海洋工程手册》。该手册扼要介绍中外二十多个国家在海洋开发特别是海洋石油开发等方面所取得的一些进展和成就,内容丰富,涉及面广,有较多的图表和数据可供日常查阅使用,是海洋工程科研设计使用部门、高等院校和图书资料部门必备的常用工具书。《海洋工作手册》分三个分册出版:
Ocean development is an important aspect of the current new technology revolution. To help the relevant comrades keep abreast of the basic contents and trends of ocean development, China Shipbuilding Science Research Center has compiled and compiled a set of Manual of Ocean Engineering.
