小儿肾病综合征的并发症很多,常见的并发症为感染。现就我科1982年10月～1992年9月收治的171例小儿原发性肾病综合征并发感染的情况报道如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料:本组171例中,男111例,女60例。发病年龄:～3岁35例,～7岁70例,～10岁35例,～14岁31例。病程:半天～5年。临床分型:单纯型130例,肾炎型41例。合并感染81例,感染发生率为47.37％,其中1例死于并发感染。
There are many complications of nephrotic syndrome in children, the common complication is infection. Now on our department from October 1982 to September 1992 admitted to 171 cases of children with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated by infection reported as follows. Clinical data First, the general information: The group of 171 cases, 111 males and 60 females. Age of onset: 35 cases of ~ 3 years old, 70 cases of ~ 7 years old, 35 cases of ~ 10 years old, 31 cases of ~ 14 years old. Duration: half a day ~ 5 years. Clinical classification: 130 cases of simple type, 41 cases of nephritis. 81 cases were complicated with infection, the incidence of infection was 47.37%, of which 1 died of concurrent infection.
