文献报道从芦荟(Aloe barbadensis)中提取的蒽醌对包膜病毒如单纯疱疹病毒、水痘带状疱疹病毒、假狂犬病毒等病毒具有明显的抑制作用,文中采用空斑形成抑制试验(PIT),进一步研究了芦荟提取物的抗巨细胞病毒(CMV)作用。 实验材料及方法:采用硅胶柱层析等方法从芦荟树胶中制备5种芦荟提取物(R1、S1、F1、R2、S2、F2),其中R1的原材料为早秋采集的未成熟的芦荟叶;S1为秋天采集的成熟芦荟叶,F1为—20C冷冻处理的S1,R2、S2、F2分别力R1、S1和F1的乙醇提取物。CMV病毒株为Texas大学赠送,以MRC-5细胞作为CMV感染的受体细胞。采
The literature reports that alum extracted from Aloe barbadensis has obvious inhibitory effects on enveloped viruses such as herpes simplex virus, varicella zoster virus, and pseudorabies virus. In this paper, plaque formation inhibition test (PIT) was used. Aloe vera extract was further studied for its anti-CMV effect. Experimental materials and methods: Five kinds of aloe extracts (R1, S1, F1, R2, S2, and F2) were prepared from the aloe gum by silica gel column chromatography. The raw material of R1 was immature aloe leaves collected in early autumn. S1 is the mature aloe leaf collected in the autumn, F1 is the -20C frozen S1, R2, S2, and F2 are ethanol extracts of R1, S1, and F1, respectively.
