几年来,我们用自制的苍辛芷滴鼻剂治疗鼻炎、鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎以及因患鼻炎引起的顽固性头痛等435例,取得了满意的效果,现报道如下。 处方 苍耳子30g,辛克30g,川芎20g,白芷20g,黄芩20g,双花20g,甘油80ml,氯化钠适量。2 制备2.1 按处方量称取炮制合格的苍耳子、黄芩、双花加五倍量蒸馏水浸泡1小时备用。2.2 按处方量称取川芎、白芷、辛夷,加四倍量蒸馏水浸泡1小时,用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取其挥发油,提得的挥发油放置备用。2.3 药渣与浸泡好的苍耳子等合并,煎煮40分钟,过
