本文研究了形变温度,形变速度,形变量,形变时间,形变环境等变形参数对TC11合金超塑形变特性及形变组织的影响。实验表明,该合金显示了显著的形变软化效应。形变中虽有晶粒长大但对超塑性能影响不明显。形变温度是合金超塑形变的关键控制参数。延伸率是表征合金超塑性能的关键性能指标。本文对研究结果在等温锻造中的实际应用也进行了讨论。
In this paper, the effects of deformation parameters such as deformation temperature, deformation velocity, deformation amount, deformation time and deformation environment on the superplastic deformation and deformation of TC11 alloy were studied. Experiments show that the alloy shows significant deformation softening effect. Although the grain growth in deformation but the superplastic performance is not obvious. Deformation temperature is the key control parameter of superplastic deformation of alloy. Elongation rate is a key performance indicator of alloy superplasticity. This paper also discusses the practical application of the results in isothermal forging.
