表演艺术人才是一个系统,艺术人才应该多层次多门类培养。就浙江省而言,在表演艺术人才的培养上,学科、专业雷同,不同类型学校人才培养层次不清的结构性问题突出。为加快文化大省的建设,文章从“综合性大学要参与高层次编创人才的培养、加快艺术职业学院的建设、重视中等艺术职业教育的基础、建立人才培养立交桥”等方面纵向横向阐述了问题解决的途径,以推进艺术教育的发展。
