以正丁基锂为引发剂,四氢呋喃(THF)为极性添加剂,环己烷为溶剂,四氯化硅为偶联剂,合成了α-甲基苯乙烯(Ⅰ)与丁二烯(Ⅱ)星形共聚物。综合考虑了[THF]对聚合速度、平衡转化率及聚合物结构的影响。在Ⅰ段及Ⅱ段聚合时,分别选择[THF]为0.5M和0.05M。20℃下,Ⅰ的初始浓度为4.0M,转化率为~70%,平衡后加入少量苯乙烯单体共聚可使Ⅰ的转化率提高到80%。对所得星形共聚物用光谱、DSC及电镜等方法进行了鉴定。聚α-甲基苯乙烯段的玻璃化温度达150℃左右。
Using n-butyl lithium as initiator, THF as polar additive, cyclohexane as solvent, and silicon tetrachloride as coupling agent, α-methylstyrene (Ⅰ) and butadiene ) Star copolymer. The effect of [THF] on the polymerization rate, equilibrium conversion and polymer structure was considered. In the first and second polymerization, the choice of [THF] were 0.5M and 0.05M. At 20 ℃, the initial concentration of Ⅰ was 4.0M and the conversion was ~ 70%. The addition of a small amount of styrene monomer to the equilibrium could increase the conversion of Ⅰ to 80%. The obtained star copolymers were identified by spectroscopy, DSC and electron microscopy. Poly-α-methylstyrene segment glass transition temperature of about 150 ℃.
