某公司一基层单位职代会的一次决策失误,事情虽然不算大,但反映的问题不小。它涉及企业的经营决策及其责任、职代会如何正确行使职权、职工民主权利如何正确体现,以及党政如何正确对待职代会等一系列重大问题。为此,本刊组织部分工会干部对该职代会决策失误的原因、教训等问题展开讨论,以期提高对职工代表大会制度的认识,更好发挥她的作用。在现实生活中,像“职代会的一次决策失误”这样值得研究的案例不少,希望广大读者(尤其是工会同仁们)支持本专栏,积极提供论题,踊跃参与讨论。 A company's grassroots units of workers' congresses made a mistake, although things are not large, but the problems reflected are not small.
