国家科学技术部惠永正副部长日前在首届上海国际工业博览会上举行的“二十一世纪产业、科技、贸易”论坛演讲中透露,国家将出台一系列新政策,推进高科技产业发展。他说,目前国家重点采取的政策和措施包括:把扶持科技型中小企业、民营科技企业的发展作为加速高新技术产业发展的重要突破口,培育更多象联想、方正、阿尔派那样的高新技术大企业。实施鼓励科技
Vice Minister Hui Yong of the State Ministry of Science and Technology revealed in a speech at the Forum on Industry, Science and Technology and Trade held in the first Shanghai International Industry Fair that a series of new policies will be promulgated by the state to promote the development of high-tech industries.
