石油伴生气回收系统采用低温分离法分离出干气(甲烷)和混合液烃。该工艺过程涉及的主要危险物质甲烷、丙烷具有易燃、易爆的性质,由此可能引发火灾事故和爆炸事故。采用道化学火灾、爆炸指数分析法对主要生产工艺及装置单元的危险程度进行分析,并指出财产损失的范围,给出有效可行的安全对策措施,降低风险,以便企业在管理过程中借鉴。
Petroleum associated gas recovery system using low temperature separation of dry gas (methane) and mixed liquid hydrocarbons. The main hazardous substances involved in the process, methane and propane, are flammable and explosive, which may lead to fire accidents and explosions. By means of Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Index Analysis, the main production process and the dangerous degree of unit are analyzed. The scope of property loss is pointed out, the effective and feasible safety measures are given, and the risk is reduced so that the enterprises can learn from the management process.
