随着油田开发的不断深入,原油性质也在发生变化,通过在实验室及现场进行井口电磁防蜡技术试验,并采取与未进行磁处理原油粘度进行对比的方法,摸索出磁处理前后原油粘度-温度变化规律及粘度-时间变化规律,了解影响原油粘度的温度和时间因素,可以得出应用井口电磁防蜡技术可以有效降低原油粘度,减少单井掺水量的结论。
With the deepening of oilfield development, the nature of crude oil is also changing. Through the wellhead electromagnetic paraffin technology test in the laboratory and on site, the viscosity of crude oil before and after magnetic treatment is explored by comparing with the viscosity of crude oil without magnetic treatment - temperature variation law and viscosity - time variation law to understand the temperature and time factors that affect the viscosity of crude oil, it can be concluded that the application of wellhead electromagnetic anti-wax technology can effectively reduce the viscosity of crude oil and reduce the single well water content.
