为了解决在路口地下管线纵横交错的地方铺设大口径中压煤气管道,科技人员提出了用异型管连接的构思,经实践证明采用椭圆管优于其它异型管。文章介绍了椭圆异型管的几何问题、水力损失、强度计算以及椭圆异型管的制作。还列举了几个成功应用的实例。
In order to solve the problem of laying large-diameter medium-pressure gas pipelines in a crisscross pattern at underground intersections, scientists proposed the concept of connecting with special-shaped pipes. It has been proved that oval pipes are superior to other special-shaped pipes by practice. The paper introduces the geometric problems of elliptical tube, hydraulic loss, strength calculation and manufacture of elliptical tube. Also cited are several examples of successful applications.
