“真倒霉,明明不是我的错,领导又说我了,我咋天天都这么倒霉,真不想干了!”、“同事们都背着我说这说那,把我孤立了”有很多人在工作中遇到不愉快的事,容易产生失落心理。长春市心理医院首席专家、长春市心理卫生研究所所长郑晓华教授说,工作中难免会遇到这样那样的事情,就会产生失落的情绪,大家要及时调整,不要让不良情绪影响工作。
