目的:观察中药复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化的预防效果,探讨其作用机制。方法:采用猪血清腹腔注射法造成大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型,观察复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清标志物透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)含量、肝组织病理学和超微结构的影响。结果:肝纤维化大鼠在应用复肝宁后,血清HA、LN、CⅣ含量明显降低,肝组织病理损害、细胞坏死明明显减轻,胶原纤维明显减少,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复肝宁能有效地防止免疫性肝纤维化大鼠血清HA、LN、CⅣ含量的升高,减轻肝组织病理损害,维持胶原正常代谢,抑制肝纤维化形成,从而对肝纤维化具有一定的预防作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fuganning on experimental liver fibrosis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: The model of immunological liver fibrosis induced by intraperitoneal injection of swine serum was established in rats. The effects of Fuganning on the serum levels of hyaluronan (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅳ Collagen (CⅣ) content, liver histopathology and ultrastructure. Results: After treatment with Fuganning, the levels of serum HA, LN and CⅣ in liver fibrosis rats were significantly decreased, the pathological damage and necrosis of liver tissues were significantly reduced, and the collagen fibers were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the difference was significant P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuganning can effectively prevent the increase of serum HA, LN and CⅣ in rats with autoimmune liver fibrosis, reduce the pathological damage of liver tissue, maintain the normal metabolism of collagen and inhibit the formation of hepatic fibrosis, A certain role in prevention.
