随着我国高速铁路桥梁技术的不断发展,人们对高速铁路桥梁的建设技术提出了更高的要求。目前,如何控制高速铁路桥梁混凝土结构的内外温差,防止出现由于温度原因而引起的桥梁承台裂缝问题。但是,我国的高速铁路桥梁承台大体积混凝土施工技术还存在很多问题,因此,研究高速铁路桥梁承台大体积混凝土施工控制关键技术具有非常重大的意义。本文分析了桥梁承台大体积混凝土的施工控制中的温度控制问题,阐述了大体积混凝土温度施工控制技术,最后对大体积混凝土施工的温控做出了一个总结。
With the continuous development of high-speed railway bridge technology in our country, people have put forward higher requirements for the construction technology of high-speed railway bridges. At present, how to control the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete structure of high-speed railway bridges and prevent the cracking of the bridge cap caused by the temperature. However, there are still many problems in the mass concrete construction technology of the high-speed railway bridge cap in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the key technologies of mass concrete construction control of the high-speed railway bridge cap. This paper analyzes the temperature control of the construction control of mass concrete in bridge cap, expounds the control technology of mass concrete temperature construction, and finally summarizes the temperature control of mass concrete construction.
