近亲婚配可致多种遗传性疾病,包括多种遗传性眼病。作者于1981年以来,从门诊工作中调查获得六个家系患有不同的眼病。现报告如下。例1:魏氏家系,汉族。姨表亲通婚,生育三女,大女、次女发育正常,无明显眼疾。而小女,10岁,经查系双眼先天性小眼球,小角膜,瞳孔椭圆形,双眼高度近视。例2:张氏家系,汉族。姨表亲通婚,生育一男一女,子代二人均为明显的高度近视及近视性视网膜脉络膜退行性变。例3:李氏家系,汉族。姨表亲通婚,生育一男一女,子代二人,经检查诊断系遗传性视网膜色素变性伴耳聋综合症(Usher氏综合症)。
