长期以来,体育教育专业学生受竞技为核心的教学结构体系的影响和传统的教学思想束缚,在体育教学中较多地注重体育专项的专业性,对学生教学能力培养不够重视。如何培养担任学校体育教学的师资,是高校体育教育专业在教学中面临的新课题。本文通过对高校体育教育专业对学生教学能力培养中存在的问题,进行分析,提出了转变教学思想、加强教学实践环节的主要方法与形式。
For a long time, the physical education majors are restrained by the competitive teaching structure and the traditional teaching thought. They pay more attention to the specialization of sports specialties and pay less attention to the cultivation of their teaching abilities. How to cultivate teachers who serve as school physical education is a new subject that the physical education major in colleges and universities is facing in teaching. This article analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, and puts forward the main methods and forms to change teaching ideas and strengthen teaching practice.
